SCREEN PRINTING
This is what started it all. What began as a single manual press and an oven, has now expanded to a half dozen machines, including 4 automatic presses. No job is too big or too small, our minimums start as low as 12 pieces and scale into the thousands. In addition to t-shirts, Blue Collar Press can print on just about any garment, any brand or material you desire. We're not just limited to clothing - posters, bandanas and tote bags are continual best sellers.
FINISHING SERVICES
Printing only begins to scratch the surface of our offerings. Push your brand further with custom screened sizing tags, woven hang tags, patches, applique, folding & bagging, and tour supply services.
DESIGN
Whether you just need help cleaning up a nearly finished design, or require someone to hand draw a concept from scratch - our artists can handle all jobs big or small. Our work has been commissioned by past and current clients including MySpace Secret Shows, Mike Birbiglia, The Hold Steady, and the estate of John Denver among many others.
EMBROIDERY
Give texture to your designs with embroidery. We offer basic embroidery services for a more traditional look and feel, and also more specialized treatments such as 3D puff embroidery and low profile woven styles.
Grow your line even further by adding headwear. Blue Collar Press offers all of the most popular styles of hats and caps, and if you want something completely custom we can do that too!
TOUR SUPPLY
Often times production is only the beginning. Getting your merchandise shipped to multiple locations, on different dates, and on time can be incredibly daunting. We know this because we've been in bands ourselves.Our experienced team can help you plan entire tours, estimate supply and head counts, advance shows, process merchandise returns, and even collect payment.
ONLINE STORES & FULFILLMENT
Now you've got all this cool stuff to sell and it's time to set up shop. We've got you covered. Since 2002 Blue Collar Press has been running online stores for hundreds of successful musicians, record labels, comedians, artists, and small businesses. Using our very own Merchtable™ software platform, we can manage your store, warehouse and ship your goods, handle all of your customer service, and even photograph and style your merchandise. We even provide a robust back end where you can monitor sales and inventory right along with us.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Round out your merchandise with the thousands of additional promotional items we have access too. Some of our most popular categories include drinkware, such as pint glasses and mugs, and accessories including stickers, patches, enamel pins. Our staff works directly with a network of vendor partners so you don't have to.
SOURCING / CUT & SEW
Sometimes a traditional blank just won't do, you want something completely unique. Through our network of vendors, we can track down cut & sew factories and help you design a garment from the ground up. Material swatches, custom dye runs, special inks and embellishments, it's all possible.
NEW! FULL COLOR DIGITAL
We've recently upgraded our portfolio of services to include full color digital vinyl printing. Our wide-format printer/cutter is able to produce stunning image clarity on vinyl that can be used for anything from high volume sticker orders to banners.
